1. "Notice that Ethiopia, Niger and Chade have had the least increase in births attended by a skilled health staff; the percentage increase since 2000 to 2011 range from 1.5% to 6.4%. What do you think this has to do with the geographical location of these places? 

2. "Notice that Ethiopia has had the least change over the years; what could this have to do with were it is located? Do you think this could have anything to do with the fact that there might not be access to adequate medical education?
