How has Primary Education changed in these fifteen countries since 2000?

Goal 2: By 2015 Boys&Girls will be able to complete a full course of Primary Education

Question to Consider: From the 15 worst countries the higher the literacy rate was, it closer to the coast. Analyze why you think the countries that are close to the coast (geographically) have a higher literacy rate and improved the most. Why do think there is a gap between Guinea-Bissau and Lao People's Democratic Republic, and what is the gap?
